I have only one important question: Has the Trump campaign provided any evidence of voter fraud?
If so I haven't seen it.
If not I suggest "widespread" obscures the truth a bit.
And if not, by no means is the news source you cited the only one using the term.
All the so-called "left-leaning" "mainstream media" seem to be doing it.
