One could ask a question that may not currently be answerable - how many distance travelers or truckers are avoiding Detroit because of the overburdened existing capacity? Are some of these people merely crossing over from Port Huron or Sarnia and bypassing some or all of the metro area?

How many people are being displaced in the neighborhood that is needed to accommodate all that space?
