With all due respect, you are ignorant of the fact Adamo is not based in Detroit. Their Detroit incorporated location was dissolved in 2009 per the State of Michigan web site. They may have an office in Detroit , but they are not based in Detroit and therefore do not pay Detroit taxes.

The contract to raze the Eastown has been awarded to Detroit based Adamo The demolition will most likely start Friday 11/20/15.

The only listing for the firm is an address on E. Seven Mile, if my mind ignorant mind remembers the address is within the boundaries of the City of Detroit. Your ignorance of business taxes is also incorrect. The office has to pay business taxes to the City of Detroit.
