I'm sure there were Texans carrying in El Paso - it IS Texas, after all. Didn't do a hell of a lot of good, did it? And the guy in Dayton got off 30 shots in 30 seconds before getting shot by police.

It is. Some are grasping at straws here. Goes in one ear and out the other.
