New restaurant from Selden Standard team

Going to be a Mediterranean restaurant in New Center at the old Payless. The article is short on details but it does state that the building was originally a theater. Does anyone know what theater it was?

The facade was chopped off when Woodward Avenue was widened in the 1930's.

The facade was chopped off when Woodward Avenue was widened in the 1930's.

Woodward north of Forest was wider than the stretch from downtown [[Adams) to Forest...the east side of Woodward suffered most of the alterations during the WPA project of the 1930's. The area at The Grand Boulevard did not suffer similar alterations.
