    The building went into foreclosure in 2016 according to the city of Detroit's tax parcel map, and Dennis Kellafinos does in fact own it now [[via a shell company).

    It's still listed for sale on LoopNet. So either the signs are Kefallinos simply marketing the property for possible future use or those may have been plans that Harley Brown had for the property that obviously aren't going to happen now [[or at least any time soon).
