You hardly have to go back to the 90's for examples. Just the examples from Trump's Presidency alone can fill 20 pages of this forum with examples. The three militamen in Kansas who plotted to blow up an apartment building full of Somali refugees. I think it's fair to link McVeigh and McNichols with right wing extremists. McVeigh even said that he planned the Oklahoma City bombing to commemorate the Waco massacre exactly two years before. However, information gathered by an Oklahoma City reporter, at the time, added a twist to the narrative. According to this reporter, Terry McNichols may have had some interesting ties.
