More than a little hyperbole in that Casa Balcona ad. Showing a markedly different building sited right on the river, instead of the smaller building with a view of parking lots, E. Jefferson, and taller buildings on the river that was actually built.
The Sanders plant in the first cluster is a Parducci site according to the new book
