While I don't think the Wings will have the worst record this season, the team with the worst record has never had the first pick since the lottery was revised 5 years ago.

Very true. Don't need to be the worst, but if you're in that top 3-4 team group of bad you've done your job and positioned yourself for pretty good odds. Just keep losing.
