Revolving restaurants.

What I'm really looking for, is a really quiet romantic restaurant where a guy would want to take a girl for a nice date. We live in Houston and there's a couple of revolving restaurants here. Did some searching and saw that there was or at one time was a couple of revolving restaurants and Detroit. I'm looking for some place really romantic with possibly good views of the scenery. Something nice like what you would get from a revolving restaurant. I know she likes the Wolfgang Grill for Wolfgang Steakhouse as it's called now but just don't know if that's the quiet romantic atmosphere I'm looking for. When she lived in Detroit she got around and have probably been to most of the really fancy high-end restaurants. I'm sure the restaurants mentioned in the last post she's been to before but that's not a deal-breaker.
