What will an average Detroit Neighborhood look like in 2030?

Highland Park, 2015- over 100 years later-

This one is not going to be around much longer- broken out window upstairs, roof bad, etc. So although there's a new car dealer right next door, the homes on this street won't last much longer, which is true of so many areas.
I see only blocks being cleared for new buildings, at best.
