Chaldeantown doesn't have Chaldeans anymore. Nor are many houses even standing. That area doesn't have much of anyone or anything. Doesn't seem like a logical place to house migrants, unless you're going to build them new homes and ban them from leaving the city.

And I don't think Syrians [[almost all Muslim) would have cultural connections with Chaldeans anyways.
