"Detroit — The once elite and now sparse Brush Park neighborhood, is the target of another multi-million new housing development. It is the third plan in the works that developers say could potentially add more than 1,000 new residents to the historic community just north of downtown.
The Scott at Brush Park is a $60 million building planned for Woodward Avenue and Erskine Street, a site that has been empty and blighted for at least a decade, according to state economic officials."
Another big step to one by one housing developments on Woodward in Midtown/Brush Park.
Still waiting for Woodward/Alfred... Don't know who owns it [[part or all) but it is a whole city block with Woodward frontage.
