The green shape covers Brightmoor. Frankly, I'm a little surprised that it's only a 23% decline because Brightmoor is virtually empty now, and I thought Brightmoor had a pretty large population mid-century. That would suggest that the other neighborhoods around there have kept a stable population relative to the 1950 population, even despite declining household sizes...
