If they need 300,000 square feet, I don't think there's anywhere downtown that can accommodate them all in one place. Certainly not in move-in ready Class A space. The Penobscot might be able to fit them, but is that considered Class A?

So if they want to consolidate all of their 1,300 employees in one place in Class A space, their options in the region are to build new, renovate something huge like the Book Tower, or Southfield Town Center. That's it.
