Does anyone know if there are businesses lined up for the new additional space Harbortown is building at its shopping center? Looks like substantial amount of new space being built.

Jonna Construction manages the plaza. They develop a ton of the strip malls in Oakland/Macomb County - including the latest two that just went in Ferndale [[Pizza Hut/Verizon/BBQ place) on Woodward just north of Nine Mile.
Looks like they're building it out for spec purposes. The full 13,000 of space is listed for rent on their website. An Ace hardware would be killer for that area...

Interesting that they are expanding into what I presume was an unused portion of the JPMorgan Chase bank branch and re-directing it, so to speak, towards the balance of the shopping center.
