*hudson block, monroe block, statler + tuller sites filled with quality buildings
*capitol park buzzing
*the riverfront filling in a bit with residential
*the value of my home doubling again like it has the last two years

I wish some energetic soul would count the number of surface parking blocks in the sports & entertainment zone and we can compare today's number vs. 2020 and 2030.

I see a little game of PacMan, where the surface parking blocks get eaten up.

Calculate an index, say an 'economic vitality index' comparing the ratio of such surface parking blocks today [[denominator) and 2020 or 2030 [[numerator).
