Then we got complacent, even after the AIDS epidemic. Interesting times ahead indeed.

That's what worries me. Transporting the ebola patients to this continent exponentially spreads the risk across borders and oceans. Keeping them where they are will not make them any worse and will limit risk to that area better than any other way. Quarantine was created for a reason before anti-biotics, and need to be reinstated now that we have such resistant diseases.
