    As an aside, prior 2005, Amtrak used to cross at Port Huron as well. Port Huron is not really transit, though it is transportation. Amtrak typically is charged with moving people inter-city; not within a region. It is sort of like comparing flight patterns to bus patterns; you can do it, but it does not get you anywhere.
