Great post & photos. Some of them bring back a lot of memories of my old 'hood. I don't think #40 was in Dearborn, though, it looks like Woodward to me.

Yeah, I doubt WIG LAND was in Dearborn.

#40 was the Kern Block. Hughes and Hatchers stood and looked the same until about ten years ago when it was replaced by CVS, Slices, and the PCS phone outlet.
