    Sorry but this is the nicest houses to hit the SE Michigan market in a very long time. A few years ago there was a Novi house with tons of acreage and a house at 730 Vaughan--THOSE were tacky monstrosities. This home is very tasteful and it's obvious no expense was spared. Outside of the President/CEO of an Auburn Hills supplier, I can't think of anyone with access to funds like this is that area.
