There is more to it than that. Why would someone someone go through all that only to dump it on the east side? Tome this smacks of someone doing some dirt and then putting it somewhere that people wouldn't think twice about in order to take the light off of them...

Thats just like some of the homicides of suburban or out of town victims sometimes being conveniently dumped in the city....
