    Even though he is not from Detroit I am posted the only commission I know of existing in the Detroit area. 2 Clairview was designed by Pittsburgh based Albert H. Spahr in 1917. I know Spahr has been discussed in the past. This home has recently been researched and I was very delighted to find out its origins.
