Check with Modjeski and Masters Consulting Engineering. The Project Manager is Michael Borzock. He may be able to provide you with inspection info. They're the same firm that inspects the Blue Water Bridge and will probably inspect the DRIC when/if it ever happens. They're arguably the best when it comes to bridges.
