This guy is a clown. I hope he lasts just one term. I can understand the reasoning for cutting deadbeats off of welfare who work the system, but he shows no compassion for those that really need it the most. And his timing is perfect, he does this during the second worst recession in US history. Last one out of Michigan, turn out the lights.
