Don't view it as a right or a wrong. View it from its true standpoint, which is some interested parties with loads of money and competing interest just went head up and Moroun just won a battle in a war that's not over yet. Look for the Corrigan Group and AECOM to regroup as quickly as they can and start pushing for this deal more directly at this point. And Canada isn't done by a longshot on this. A ton of money has been spent on this project and there are more than a few politicians that will be on the hotseat over this whole debacle. Their political lives are on the line to get this project approved. So don't be surprised when a bunch of checks from canadian businesses start making their way to Lansing. Which is just what State Reps and Senators have been pushing for.

There was no way that this fight was going to end yesterday when the politicians know that the two competing sides still have plenty of loot to spread around.
