But it sure is getting interesting, finally.

I'm still wondering when those like Maroun, Illitch, Karmanos, Dan What's-his-name and Soave will see their hands get slapped...there was SOME reason they held on to this idiot's coat-tails until the very end. Perhaps Illitch is one step above this fray, I don't know specifics. I just see what they get away with in this town that MOST do not.

Federal corruption charges likely to target Kilpatricks

Federal charges would be a relief, of sorts, said Bernard Kilpatrick's court-appointed lawyer, John A. Shea.

"He's had the Sword of Damocles hanging over his head for a long time," Shea said. "I'm not saying he's looking forward to any of this, if he's charged. But at least there would be a sense of relief."
