We have heard one person's viewpoint that the entire Oakland County judicial system is biased against black men, based upon the viewpoint of the losing side in a case before a court. We have no facts. It is all opinion. Recognize that, and what is everyone fighting about again?

My objection was to the poster being called an asshole, a fool, a racist and being told to fuck off for expressing his interpretation of what he experienced, before anyone bothered to get the facts.

Downtown Lady, I applaude your effort to que the racisim. It's garbage, and I was reasonably sure that's why everyone was on this site. To help eachother to find ways of getting along and repairing the damage done to your city. I'm starting to see why so many of those awesome people I've read thru on the atdetroit site have left. Those old threads are what got me into this forum, the people rocked.

Me,,,I'm half white and japanese, and if you knew all the bullshit I took growing up tru the 1960's in Ky. being called everything in the book going tru school..Chink,,slant,,jap..I had my 30th high school gradutaion reunion this month and I didnt go...I told my best friend,,and he didnt go either cause he was made fun of cause he was called fat ass,, lard ass,,fat fu*k...I told him,,I got too much pain to go back...At least tru all the years that gone by,,we know what the try meaning of being a friend is....I have no use of anyone trying to judge anyone that you dont know till you know em......

Oh those three or 5 periods that you use to suggest some stream of consciousness used to be marked off as highlighted or deleted on the old board. Funny that you choose to see what you want to see. Some people chose, when they made the move over, to go by different names as they had on the other board. Quit whining maybe?

The threads you see kept as archives from atdetroit are hall of fame threads. There's no shortage of posting here, as far as I can see, nor is there any more or less flaming. Remember, that most archived threads are ones of exceptional quality, unlike this one.
