This is WaterWinterWonderland here. I was wondering if you remember a grocery outlet called "Chaper's" in the Detroit area. I think I have the spelling correct but perhaps not. I am adding a new section of the site for vintage retail outlets and I seem to recall it but can't find anything on it. Any help would be appreciated.
