    why leave a federal pen with a modicum of freedoms and/or safety while he's in the clink.. going to a state prison where,
    because he can apply for parole something like 8-10 months EARLIER than if hes in the fed pokey...

    hes hoping this will be the next step to his "[[you all set me up for a) comeback"
