    Given that they are initially offering large [[or at least something beyond modest-sized) single-family homes in upscale [[by Detroit standards, at least) neighborhoods, I'd say it's a pretty safe bet they aren't really going after young rookies. Just a guess.

    I'd really like to see them offer something a bit closer to the core, but a big part of the plan is to get officers living in stable, out-city neighborhoods to keep them from declining any further.
