    Yes Rb...a disfigured system where the consumer/buyer is too many steps away from the actual patient. Also modeled after liberal [[organized labor) principles of mandates for employer to be the purchaser.

    BTW...I didn't mention profit, I mentioned how much in demand the the Physician's services were. Two very distinct things.
