The Next War Over the CourtsDuring the Bush years, we saw more right wing ideologues appointed as federal judges than at any other point in American history. Mike Papantonio of Air America's Ring of Fire talks about why Obama shouldn't try to reach out to the Republicans with his nominations with Simon Lazarus, a contributor to The American Prospect, and public-policy counsel to the National Senior Citizens Law Center.
