Born German, he became a naturalised French citizen in 1939. He participated in the drafting of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. Author of several books, including "Time for Outrage!" [[recently published for the first time in the U.S.), about the need for people to stand up and fight for their liberties.
I was listening to this show, and Thom made quite a compelling argument. Worth the listen.
Yes and note how fervently Mr. Motley denied that the GOP base is sociopathic. That he didn't just laugh off the idea shows how close Thom came to striking a nerve. This is very instructive.
I thought it was telling as well. I think it hit a little too close to home for Mr. Motley.
