This article from today's Macomb Daily confirms what you heard. If they move to MH, they will be refurbishing the empty Sam's Club building on 14 Mile Rd. The article mentions that they might also include a retail shop on the premises, which would benefit from the high traffic counts in the area since it's just a stone's throw from Oakland Mall. The article also mentions that at their current locations, they suffer from high employee turnover.
