Do you agree? How much grid heat is a human right - as much as you want? When exactly did grid heat [[as opposed to wood-burning stoves become a human right?
Disclosure: for budgetary reasons, my house is heated to 57 degrees at night and 62 degrees during the night. I wish sometimes to be warmer, but must keep costs down.
