woodwardboy since you have all the answers how do we decrease the number of Black folk in Detroit? Do shoot them down like dogs? Do we round them up and put them into camps? FEMA camps? Regardless of color, welfare mothers get one strike. Then it's abortion and sterilization time, problem solved.

Well the Sanger inspired eugenics agenda of planned parenthood put a nice dent in our numbers ala the abortion clinic explosion of the 80's in the city. Perhaps we can talk the Chinese about their success in this area...
