As an exterminator who works in the city, I have seen many things I can't mention , even here. But one thing I have seen, that I still don't understand was the time I went to a home to service for roaches and rats, and as I pulled up, I watched someone march garbage bags from their house, and throw them through the window of the abandoned home across the street. I used to say that after doing pest control, for 17 years, I had seen it all, but apparently not.
