You are right. I totally forgot about the Reagan / Phillipines deals. Goes to show that the fleecing of America is bi-partisan and [[pardon my conspiracy theories) possibly a coordinated, premeditated effort to take a once-great giant and reduce it to a third world country.

Considering that at least one of Reagan's economic advisor guys actually came out and said that the goal was the "brazilification" of the United States, I think that is a fair comment
