At 1:30s into the vid, when the camera pans up to the upper floors - that is where the current fire is located. The current fire runs a longer north / south length than the last fire. The last fire went deeper into the buildings headed west.

Tear it down and send the bill to Dennis Archer and his administration, they started the plant on the road to this ruin 11 years ago. My storage unit was in the area [[along the Concorde ave. side) where the fire has been raging.
The current owner is the owner by court decree, but the property was runied by the city of Detroit, who had a guard on duty while the scrapping and pillaging went on unabated, before he was finally decreed the rightful owner by the Michigan Supreme court.
It's a long, stinky story, and that story is not very flattering to people in the City County building, and the State Capitol.
