The "s" more of a midwest thing? I hear plenty of Chicagoans say "Meijers" just because they are so used to going to Dominick's as well. I'll maybe get a better idea when Meijer pushes through a downtown location.

It's called "pre-fab", generic looking McStore. No big whoop construction-wise. Some of the old stuff you see around, now that was labor-intensive.
