If I would judge this from a demolition poit of view, this was done quite cleanly. It happened just the way they wanted it to go, away from the excisting buildings and into the footprint of the Lafayette.

One mere thing, what music is used in this clip and who narrates it?

Oops, it's all in the end. I'm ashamed I didn't recognized the Orbital track. I saw them in 1999, at one of their final conserts. Two hours long, and I never stood still. I'm pleased to know they reformed in 2009 and are still kicking ass!!

^ Clean? I've lived in many cities and seen plenty of demolitions. I've never seen one that has produced such large clouds of dust without the use of explosive demolition until now.
