Just a few questions I haven't seen posted about the banners. Are all the photos taken by Lowell? Can mere mortals like ourselves submit our own work? I really love that the banners give the site a personal touch. Just this past Sunday my girlfriend and I drove past the Gonnella's [[sp?) sandwich shop and I shouted out "Hey! I saw that on DetroitYES!"

Yes, I took all "Slices of Detroit" photos with the exception of a few but increasing number by Nicolas Boileau. We are not accepting submissions at this time, largely because it would be another layer of management and communication. As it is, we are stretched to keep up with the maintenance and support that the forum requires.
