Thanks, Sharmaal!
Yes, check back on Monday as I will tally up all the RSVPs with what dishes are being brought to pass so that we can see if we've got enough desserts or side dishes, etc.

Who's bringing the keg?!
Lemme check to see what is available if nobody has this covered.
I've been talking with the amazing ladies behind the Detroit Kickball Association, and while they are launching their open league season June 7th...we could probably arrange a pickup exhibition game during the picnic.
We need a boombox? I can get mine from loan, just have to invest in about eighteen D cells unless we have AC power nearby.
Cheers
Hey Gannon.....how about bringing some sandwiches from Ephs? LOL! Is Histeric coming?
Stromberg2
Kathleen, will try to make it and I will bring vintage Det music...some of it very vintage...
Our family will be there and looks forward to meeting more DetroitYES members.
I think there will be five of us plus one service dog in training [[puppy Bailey), but I'm not sure yet. Also not sure what food we will bring.
With us will be my Mom, who has been diagnosed with dementia and moved in with us last fall. Mom is a proud Detroiter [[Cass Tech '48), retired commercial artist, and ardent supporter of the arts. I know the DY community will welcome her with typical DY grace and style.
The kids and I will be there again. We are good for some chips and beer and pop and a salad of some kind.
Kathleen: As I said before, hubby and I will be there. I don't see that anyone signed up to bring pasta salad, so that will be my contribution unless you need something else. We will also bring some sodas and water. If there are other critical needs, let me know.
count me in for 4, not sure what we'll bring yet.
I'll be there with a bean salad. Hope to bring a few friends, maybe one or two...

Gannon: Thanks for the offer on the boombox for music. We would love it!! But it doesn't look like we'll have any AC current unless we run an extension cord [[yes, a really long extension cord) from the pavilion.
Prez: We look forward to your vintage music.

Kathleen, we are good for a picnic canopy again this year. My kids are aged 15 [[b), 11 [[g), and 7 [[b).
Thanks, Gertrude. Looking forward to seeing you and your kids again!
Kathleen...I will be attending bringing a Asian Salad..Maybe a few more from the Garwood Clan will pick up on this...Thanks Stone
Kathleen....saw you on the GW post and just want to wish you and everyone there a great time. I can't make it this time but if DetroitYES has any more events I'll do my darndest. I see Whaler jumped in already and I know he'll behave himself.
I am looking forward to the picnic. Hope the weather is good. I know a few people on DY but look forward to meeting more. Thanks for putting this together!
Yes I'm coming to the forum picnic. As a representative for The Ghettoman from the Street Prophets. member #174.
Sweet "Dano" will be there. I am def coming now.
I should go and bring all of my friends with me but then again most of my friends would probably scare most of you guys out of Detroit for good, so yeah I'll pass, that is unless Danny and the Ghettoman both come, that I must see.
I play in church all day but hopefully it will run past 6:20... if so, I'll be there, and I'll bring good food and booze, promise! Love to [[finally!!!) meet my fellow DetroitYESerrs! - Nick
We will miss you, Dave!
Thanks, everyone, for continuing to RSVP and sign up for food. Keep them coming!!
Still need at least a second, if not third, grill, so if anyone can bring one, please let us know. A 4th picnic canopy might be nice too given the number of RSVPs that we've gotten.
Nickstone: No telling how late the picnic will run, so can't guarantee that we will still be there after 6pm. But if the weather is nice, there may be some folks still hanging around.....
When I was on Belle Isle Sunday casino way was closed then just wanted you to know. You can go around to casino way after the fountain.
Kathleen, I will bring a grill, somehow. Also I have a canopy.
OK, I gotta un-RSVP! Two meetings have come up so I'll try to make it next time! Hey Cub!
PGN and better half will be there. Is Djangp going to be bringing the couch?
Gannon- do you want me to bring my 50 killowat generator?
