I read an article in the Free Press about Charles Pugh's campaign, it mentioned his campaign promises. One of them stood out to me.
• A weekly sit-down dinner with a Detroit family.
Hmmm, now I get it, the dudes broke and hungry.

I'm sure he thought he would be the one taking the Detroit family OUT to dinner and expected the City of Detroit to foot the bill. He is arrogant and expects the voters to "understand" his plight because he says there are many Detroiters in the same financial situation as he is in. Sorry Charlie, you put yourself where you are today because you chose to quit jobs before having another one lined up; of extravagant spending on housing, furniture, and very expensive clothes. I'm sure the suit he had on during yesterdays debate ran him a pretty penny. Also, what's with the 11 eviction notices in 48 months? What's with the lawsuits for not paying your association dues? ....and you want to handle Detroit's bad finances...that's a joke!
