Well Windsor does have Little Italy and A Middle Eastern Community.

IIRC it had more than a few Dim Sum restaurants owned by immigrants from Hong Kong. Also, I imagine that Ontario might build a bullet-train circuit between Windsor, Toronto, Ottawa, etc.
