Out walking to the river today and saw this:
I guess there's still some "hood" in million-dollar Brush Park. LOL...

Somebody in Warren is looking for this one.
Construction in Brush Park seems to have slowed to a crawl.

Jobs in Gilbert Town Detroit is slowly gaining ground.
Gentrification in Brush Park and some parts in Detroit hoods is still going strong. You had to look at the season of what planned construction should pop up after the housing market is selling.
Looks like the Chevy Blazer - popular among thieves.
There was one on blocks near Woodward and Pallister recently.
The wheels are what they want most on this model!
I don't doubt you're right. I guess I was just SHOCKED. I've been in Cass Corridor for decades and have gotten used to NOT SEEING THIS anymore. Kind of a flashback.... Call me old, I just thought those days were over with in this neighborhood. It's been a LONG while since I have seen this anywhere in the Corridor. I VERY WELL remember seeing stuff like this DAILY back in the day! LOL....

And yet one of those grifting development companies that make millions on the taxpayers back [[ACD I think it was) wants rebuild the Brewster Douglass projects around the old rec center.
To me this is tantamount to the Hood Closed to Gentrifiers signs we saw a few years back. Send a message to the "others" that are moving into the neighborhood that they are not welcome.
You guys are tarnished, maybe the owner bought tires an wheels from a easy payment tire rental place - and they got re-possessed for non - payment,or insurance scam or or or
