It is interesting to see that work has finally begun on the United Artist Building. Front seen here in the video.

The west wall of the United Artist [upper left in this view] has been painted white. Wondering where they are going with that. I stared at that ruined wall during the years DetroitYES was on the ninth floor of the Michigan Building. That was a bricked-cladded wall with limestone appointments. From that it looks like they are not going to restore that wall and maybe cheap-out and leave a blank wall.
