Stony Creek Art Fair

This art fair produced by Integrity Shows will feature dozens of juried artists set in green fields adjacent to Stony Creek Lake. All items will be handmade by the exhibiting artists and will feature art for the home and garden including ceramics, glass and garden arts; and wearable art including jewelry, fiber and accessories.

The highlight of this year’s show will be the building of a “life-size” Loch Ness Monster rising out of the lake on Saturday by Detroit builders/artists Danielle Kaltz and Mike Willenborg.
Creative art projects and activities are planned with the help of the Detroit Institute of Arts, Anton Art Center, Adventure Crate, Detroit Public Theater and Methodist Children’s Group Homes.
On Sunday, there will be a Children’s Entrepreneurship Market that will feature young local entrepreneurs selling their goods and telling their stories.
