Default Local Lawyer Commercials: Had Enough? I Have.

Man, I just can't take another lawyer commercial. Some commercials are shown twice during a commercial break. Call Lee [[Steinberg), Sam Bernstein, Mike Morse, and Jeffrey Fieger are the main culprits. Now, there's a new law firm Morgan and Morgan advertising daily. Who did I miss? How are they able to afford all of these commercial spots? Are local rates that much cheaper than national broadcasts' rates? Are there that many people getting hit by semi-trucks? Is there a way to curb these commercials like they've done with cigarette commercials? Just ranting. What do you think?

There was a time, probably back in the 80's or 90's when lawyers weren't allowed to advertise at all; they took it to court and won. This is seen as progress.
Even worse than they lawyer commercials are the ones for prescription drugs. Most consumers have no clue what they are even talking about on these, but the drug companies want them to go "I bet THAT will cure me; I think I'll tell my Dr. I want that"
    Just stupid

If they want to publicize how much they "won" for their clients, they should also have to publicize the amount of their 1/3 contingency fees they have pocketed.

    Hood lottery
Slimeball lawyers-every one of the big names.
The other ad's are weed and casinos. This is what is glamorized now. I like watching youtube of color pictures from the 40-60's. It just seems like such a better time.

I think you should hire an attorney.

Hire half of them to sue the other half. Countersuits follow. Hilarity ensues!

Yes I had enough with TV lawyer commercials. But there is nothing we can do to take them off the air. They need to make money by sucking up people's money in court. Sue them and they sue you.

Don't forget Carl Collins III, the 1-800-Car-hit-u guy...."he is good."

Oh wait...he was just convicted of tax fraud.

There's also a "Sam Bernstein" lawyer out here in Las Vegas, about 2,000 miles away from Motown. Probably one in every major area. And his ads on the tube suck just as bad as I'm sure the ones in Motown do. That aside, hi, gang!

How about the 94,000 television ads over Camp Lejeune? Talk about overkill. Yet, I can't even remember the last time I saw a lawyer commercial watching youtube videos. Are they banned from youtube?

I think the Youtube ad algorithm isn't fine-grained enough to do local lawyer advertising.

    Anyways...

Not just Dearborn, but all over the East Side as well. I wish there was a photo history of her billboards as I'm sure she is getting younger and more glamorous every year.

I get those ads on youtube all the time, unfortunately. On a slightly different subject, the overall number of ads on any given youtube video is making youtube almost unwatchable.

With all the road work, walking thru junk yards, chasing accidents [[like the lady upside down in her car) running to hospitals, having meals with Mom,and all the people with the same name, defending their own lawsuits, I can't help but question who is in the office doing all the work that earns them so much money???

I'm not sure Joumana is real person. Are you? I think she may be the first totally AI-generated avatar created by an ad agency.

For instance the Midjourney image-generating AI generated this image when I prompted it with "portrait of a blond woman, straight hair, euro, large lips with red lipstick, Mona Lisa smile, grey-blue eyes, round rosy cheeks, perky nose, eyeliner, dark dress top"

If you are just seeing Morgan and Morgan commercials up there, you ain’t seen nothing yet - For the people.

In the 90s when they were first getting established in Orlando I was sitting in a bar in the afternoon with 2 really cute Philippine friends ,he came over to our booth and forced himself into the booth making them slid over and proceeded to rudely start hitting on them, not physically but actually like they were both ready to do him right there in the booth,I told him now is about the time you are leaving.

When he got up to leave I asked him if he was the one on TV and he said no,he was just the spokesperson, soon afterward that his commercials started showing his wife and kids, they are all scumbags but they make some serious bank because people think that everything is a winning lottery ticket, which is another reason insurance rates are so high.

Here they have started putting disclaimers in the commercials, that all cases do not receive the advertised results.

If you do not get hit by somebody or a company with deep pockets they are not going to talk to you anyways,so it stands to reason their success rate claims are high, because that is their only target.

I do not think that is a real photo when you look at all of the others.

She is 60,looks better for her age in the natural photos, born in Beirut Lebanon, must have dyed her hair blond, not sure why women do that, worth millions and separated.

Gotta give her some credit though, immigrated with her husband as he got into Yale, and built her career on her own from nothing in a kinda sorta way.

The bases of the American dream for immigrants.

I think the guy/them has more make up on then her and she actually looks better without the make up,maybe it is a mannequin, just used as a filler in order to make it look family like,Japanese women do it all the time.

She highlights the biggest downfall of women in business and the corporate world - low self esteem in the early years.

If she was not an ambulance chaser she would have made a excellent role model for other women but she does have quite the list of accomplishments, she started the billboard pictures and the men followed her, like they could not have thought it up lol

If Gistok would baby sit her kids,I would let her take me out to dinner.

^ They both have on too much make-up but that's the trend now!

When I first saw her I thought she might be albino as her eye lashes [when she's not wearing heavy eyeliner/ mascara etc] were so light and hair almost white over blond. Not sure. Her photos vary on google as do the memes.
